Services are described briefly below:
Outlook PDF+ Convert Outlook PST and MSG email files to flattened searchable PDF files. Attachments are joined to to the applicable email. PDF files are  named either with Bates number range or with email metadata (date, time, sender, subject).
Portfolio PDF+ PDF files created with Acrobat pro 8 or 9 as portfolio PDFs, and including email attachments as embedded files in original native formats (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.) are converted to flattened PDFs, OCRed to make searchable, and Bates numbered f requested.
Searchable PDF+ Convert image-based PDFs (from scans), or TIFFs to searchable (text-under-image) PDFs using optical character recognition (OCR).
Searchable TIFF+ Conduct OCR of TIFF images, to create associated OCR text files.  For use for Concordance, Summation, IPro, Ringtail Litigation and other programs that work best with TIFF images.  Load file creation is also available.
Native to PDF+ Convert native files such as Microsoft Word(DOC and DOCX), Excel(XLS and XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT and PPTX), or over 300 other common file types to searchable text-under-image PDFs.
TIFF to PDF+ Convert single or multi-page TIFF files to multipage PDF files.  Use document breaks embedded in litigation support load files to join pages as complete PDF documents.
PDF to TIFF+ Convert multipage PDF files to single or multipage TIFF files for use in litigation support document management databases that work best with TIFFs.  Create load files as needed to read TIFFs in litigation document management review programs.
Objective Coding+ Add objective coding to scanned documents for Lexbe Online or other litigation support databases. Fields to code include sender, receiver, date, document type, Bates number, document characteristics and more. All coding is done by U.S.-based litigation paralegals.
Email Format Conversion+ Convert emails between formats, such as Outlook PST to Outlook MSG, Outlook Express (DBX, EML) to Outlook (PST, MSG), Lotus Notes (NSF) to Outlook (PST).
Bates Numbering+. Page-level Bates numbering and imprinting on PDF and TIFF images is available.
Load Files+.  Creation of load files for popular litigation support databases (Concordance, Summation, IPro, TrialDirector, etc.) are available, including email and other native file metadata extraction.
