Case Management and Administration
Lexbe includes a number of features to help you to efficiently manage and administer your cases in a shared environment.
Case Calendar (Single Case). Lexbe's case calendar lets you keep track of all key events in a case. As the calendar is shared, everyone can keep up to date with additions and changes. A timeline gives you the big picture of upcoming key events. And with Lexbe's multi-case view you can see all your case calendars in one consolidated view. (Access from top menu bar: Case>Case Calendar)

Case Calendar (Multi-Case). This view is like the previous case calendar, but lets you view all your cases at once. A column is added to allow you to sort by specific case. (Access from top menu bar: Home>Multi-Case Calendar)
Shared Contacts. Lexbe Online’s shared contacts list lets your litigation team keep your contact info of experts, opposing counsel, your team members, etc., in one place. (Access from top menu bar: Case>Contacts)

Project Management and To Do Lists. Keeping track of who needs to what in a case is important. Lexbe handles this by enabling you to keep detailed to do lists to keep track of items to complete. To do items can be dated or not. As with the shared case calendar you can view to do items specific to an individual case or for all cases for which you have access. (Access from top menu bar: Case>Case Calendar)

Case Details. A case details screen enables you to keep track of additional information about an individual case, including Case Name, Case Number, Case Type (e.g., 'civil', 'criminal', 'arbitration', mediation'), Case Venue, Lead Attorney, Trier of Fact (e.g., 'Jury Trial', 'Bench Trial', 'Arbitration') and Case Comments (any other notes or comments that will be helpful in organizing or administering the case). This information is editable, so you can change the assigned case name from here, as well as the other information. (Access from top menu bar: Case>Case Details)
