Password Recovery
This page describes the procedure
for a user to recover his or her password if it is lost
or forgotten. Support personnel do not have access to
user passwords as they are encrypted on the servers.
The procedures for users to automatically get a new
password is detailed below.
Requesting a New Password
If you have lost or can't remember your password, please
take the following steps to have a new one automatically
sent to you.
>Go to the Lexbe Online
log-in page.
>Click on 'Recover Password'
>Enter the email address that you use to access your
Lexbe Online account.
>Click enter, and you will then see a page confirming
that a new password has been sent to your email.
Getting and Using Your New Password
>You should receive an email with your new password
within a minute.
>If you don't see it, you might need to check your spam
filter too.
>Once you receive the message with the new password you
will be able to log in using your email address as your
user name.
>Be careful when copying the new password to not include
any extra spaces at the beginning or end.
>Once logged in, you can then change your password to
something more memorable from Management->Change
Password. Your password, however, should be long,
contain letters, numbers and characters, and not be
guessable by anyone.
Account Lock-Out for Security Purposes
>As a security precaution it is possible that your
account will be disabled for excessive incorrect log-in
attempts. This is done to protect your account
from hacking attempts.
>If you receive a message that your account has been
locked out when you try to recovery your password, please contact Customer
Support.
