Litigation facts reside mainly in documents, so Lexbe is a document-centric case management system that helps you find, organize and manage your cases.   You choose what documents to include.  These documents can come from different sources.  The documents can originate as electronic documents (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) or as paper based.  In either case they are converted to to searchable PDF files by us, you or a third party service, as you prefer. Documents can then organized in your case file by document type (pleadings, depositions, agreements, email, interrogatories, etc.) and searchable for content, just like with Google.  Furthermore, you can sort and filter documents by relevant criteria, such as "key documents", "reviewed", by type, by date and by specific legal issues.  You can also make documents securely available to lawyers, experts and clients, as you choose.  No more need for hard copies, document CDs/DVDs or unsecure email attachments.

Lexbe is available anywhere you have access to a web-enabled high-speed internet connection.  Our servers are available 24x7, so you can work on your case anytime you want.  Attorney and staff can now work without trouble from home or while on the road.  Access is through a web browser, with no need for complicated and slow remote LAN access procedures.

No IT Support Needed
Lexbe is completely maintained and hosted from our servers as case management software-as-a-service.  This means that litigation support services are available  to you without the need for an IT department to install and support the program, maintain your own servers, set up firewalls and secured access or backup critical data.  We do that as part of our hosted service.

Do-It-Yourself and Save
